This introductory workshop will teach you the basics of crocheting in a low-pressure, barrier-free environment. Intended for individuals with no crochet experience, this 2-hour class will teach how to single crochet and get you started on your very own cowl in a supportive and friendly environment. Emphasis is placed on the connection between crafting and mindfulness practices.

The necessary materials are included in the cost of the course and will be provided to you in the first class.
